The parts don't fit my vehicle?

The NENGUN website provides a guide on part fitment to your vehicle based on the manufacturers part listing and compatibility information. All parts are designed for vehicles as sold in the Japanese Domestic Market and may not be suitable for vehicles sold outside of Japan. For example, parts like KARO Quest Warm Black floor mats are exclusively designed for Right-Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles and are not compatible with Left-Hand Drive (LHD) variants, such as a 2025 Mazda 3 hatchback.

Left-Hand Drive vs. Right-Hand Drive Vehicles

NENGUN focuses on parts for Japanese domestic market (JDM) vehicles, which are typically configured for Right-Hand Drive (RHD). For example, KARO Quest Warm Black floor mats are manufactured exclusively for RHD vehicles and are not available for Left-Hand Drive (LHD) variants. As a result, models such as a Left-Hand Drive 2025 Mazda 3 hatchback do not have compatible KARO Quest Warm Black floor mats available from NENGUN.

While we do try to provide all relevant information for fitment on the website, we recommend you consult with your licensed mechanic or tuner prior to purchase to confirm fitment to your vehicle. Alternatively, please contact our parts team prior to purchase and they can assist you in confirming compatibility, if possible, with your vehicle. Additionally, customers should verify their vehicle's configuration and brand aligns with NENGUN's catalog specifications, as parts are tailored for the Japanese Domestic Market.

Brand Availability - Japanese Brands Only

NENGUN supplies OEM parts exclusively for Japanese brands, such as Toyota, Nissan, and Honda. OEM parts for non-Japanese brands, such as Volkswagen (VW), are not available, even if the vehicle is a Japanese import. For example, NENGUN does not supply OEM floor mats for VW Passat models, regardless of their import status from Japan.

In general, if our team has not confirmed fitment with your vehicle all returns will be required to be returned to our warehouse at the customers cost and attract a 30% restocking fee. However, our team is happy to work with you towards the best solution depending on the situation.

Considerations for Customers

When seeking OEM parts through NENGUN, it is important to:

  1. Confirm whether your vehicle configuration is compatible (LHD vs. RHD) with the available parts.

  2. Check that your vehicle's make aligns with NENGUN's catalog, which is restricted to Japanese brands.

  3. Understand that OEM part availability is tailored to the Japanese Domestic Market (JDM), which may mean certain configurations or brands are excluded.

To start the claim process, please first submit the claim on the website under your order.
