When placing the order on the NENGUN website the total cost includes the value of the parts and shipment to your address. The total payment does not include payment for duty and taxes that may be applied by customs on entry to your country unless you select the pre-paid duty/tax option available for select countries.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Fukuoka, Japan. Additionally, for customers in the United States, a prepayment option for applicable import duties and tariffs is available during the checkout process, helping to streamline delivery and minimize unexpected fees.
On entry to your country, the shipping carrier may contact you to complete an additional payment for clearance through customs. This is payable to the carrier on behalf of your governments customs and import laws. If the duty and taxes are not paid the shipment will not clear customs and will be returned, shipping costs are non-refundable.
