How do I navigate the OEM part diagrams?

Modified on Tue, 16 Apr at 11:12 AM

Nengun Performance has access to the full catalogue of available parts from the Japanese OEM manufacturers, such as Nissan, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Honda and more. The OEM part catalogues are available at the vehicle specification/variant level, see the Vehicle Specification help for more information.

OEM part catalogues are broken down into the following levels:

  1. Top Level and Sub Categories
Top Level categories include Engine, Exhaust System, Brakes, Interior, etc.
Sub categories are also used for some vehicle catalogues, for example the Engine category may have Engine Assembly, Cylinder Block, Cylinder Head

  2. Part Diagrams
Under the category structure, part diagrams will be available, for example the Cylinder Head sub category may have diagrams for the Cylinder Head, Valves, Head Cover, Camshaft, Cam Gears, etc.

  3. Part Diagram Number
The OEM part diagram will display numbers against each part of the diagram for identification, for example:
Diagram Number: 13753 for the valve shim is identified on the diagram. Part Diagram numbers are only referenced for each specific diagram and cannot be ordered directly.

  4. Part Number
After selecting the part diagram number, the parts available to be ordered are then listed. In some cases there may be only one part number, in other cases there may be many specifications available. The part number listing will also indicate how many need to be purchased for the vehicle.

For example, crankshaft bearings have a number of types to match the engine and require 6 to be purchased for a full set.

The Nengun Performance OEM team is experienced in navigating the OEM parts catalogs and locating OEM parts. If you have any questions or concerns in part selection, please contact the team and they will be happy to help.
