How do I place a Bid?

Using the Nengun Performance website, you can starting bidding and winning auctions straight away in 5 quick and easy steps.


1. Register an Account

A registered account is required to bid on the Yahoo Japan Auctions, to register a new account click here.



2. Find the Auction

You can find auctions you are looking for by searching using category, brand, vehicle or keyword search. 


You can also look at an item directly using the item code:

3. Start Bidding or Buy It Now

After viewing the item, you can choose to Bid or Buy Now depending on the item listing. You will be prompted to enter the bid amount, shipping method and any comments. The total amount you will have to pay is automatically calculated including any service fees. 



4. Place the Bid or Buy It Now

Once you have confirmed the amount and shipping options, you can place the bid or buy the item by clicking the button. You will then be prompted to complete the payment details by either PayPal or Credit Card. This will reserve the total against your payment method during the auction process. Once completed, the Bid or Buy It Now process will be completed on Yahoo Japan Auctions automatically on your behalf.


Note: Should you be outbid, the reserved payment will be immediately cancelled, release the funds and allowing you to place a new bid. In most cases the cancellation is immediate but this can vary between banks.


Email notifications are provided throughout the entire process. If you are outbid or win the auction, you are notified via email. You can also track the progress of your bid at any time via the 'History' area on the website and by viewing the item.



5. You Win!

After winning the Auction, you will be notified via email and we automatically create an order in our system. We then process the order by contacting the seller and organizing all of the details including the shipping within Japan to our warehouse. Once confirmed the reserved payment will be complete and debited from your account.


Throughout this process you will be notified via email and you can track the progress via My Orders on the website.
