To submit a claim or request a return, you need to first create the claim on the website against your order. View the order on the website, either by logging into your account or by clicking the link on the order email notifications.
At the bottom of the order details, the create claim option button will be available, as below:
Creating the claim will guide you through the process depending on the type of claim or return you are requesting. Further information, photos or other details may be required depending on the situation.
Once submitted, the claim will be reviewed by the Nengun customer service team and either approved or declined.
The next steps will then be provided depending on the nature of the claim and this may require the shipment of the parts back to our warehouse in Japan.
