I received the wrong part?

Nengun Performance ships thousands of parts weekly and the packing and shipping process double-checks all parts are shipped correctly. Unfortunately mistakes can sometimes happen, particularly with parts from the smaller tuners. 


If you believe you have received the wrong part we will first require a photo of the part received to cross-check that to the parts that were ordered. If the wrong part has been shipped Nengun Performance will cover all costs to return the part and ship you the correct part.


To start the claim process, please contact our orders team and they will assist you in the next steps.
