My parts are faulty, is there a warranty?

All new and OEM Parts listed on the Nengun website are covered by the manufacturers warranty for defects. If you believe a part you received is defective please contact our orders team within 14 days of receiving the order. 


The orders team will assist you in making the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Typically this will require the part to be shipped back to our warehouse in Japan for inspection and replacement. 


The cost of shipping back to our warehouse will be at your expense. If the warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer this shipping cost will be reimbursed and the replacement shipped free of charge.


To start a warranty claim, please contact our orders team and they will assist you in getting the process underway.
