Import Duty and Taxes

Modified on Thu, 11 Apr at 4:34 PM

When placing the order on the Nengun Website the total cost includes the value of the parts and shipment to your address. The total payment does not include payment for duty and taxes that may be applied by customs on entry to your country.

On entry to your country, the shipping carrier may contact you to complete an additional payment for clearance through customs. This is payable to the carrier on behalf of your governments customs and import laws. If the duty and taxes are not paid the shipment will not clear customs and will be returned, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Duty and tax rates vary significantly around the world and can vary based on the type of parts and their material. Many countries also offer a tax exempt threshold where lower valued shipments are exempt from duty and taxes.

We strongly recommend familiarising yourself with the local import duty and tax law in your country prior to ordering to avoid any unwanted surprises.
