I have received a delivery exception?

The Nengun Performance website will continue to provide tracking updates as your order progresses through to final delivery. If there is a problem during delivery you may receive a notification that there has been a delivery exception.


Delivery exceptions can occur for a number of reasons, it is always best to check directly with the carrier tracking using your tracking number to get the full details.


In some cases this may be a temporary situation, such as an unexpected delay due to weather or during large volume times of year. The carrier tracking website will provide the details and unfortunately the only option is to wait for delivery.


In other cases you may be required to complete a further process to proceed with the delivery. This is typical when a shipment may require further import procedures or payment of duty and taxes to clear through your government customs department. In this case, please contact the shipping carrier using your provided tracking number to complete the procedure as soon as possible to ensure the shipment is not required.
