Why is my Credit Card being rejected?

Credit cards are processed using the Stripe payment processing platform and the majority of worldwide credit cards are supported. 


If you are having difficulty with your credit card, we recommend contacting your bank to ensure:

  • Foreign currency (Japanese Yen) transactions are allowed
  • International transactions are allowed
  • Your account balance is sufficient for the value of the order
  • Your daily transaction limit is sufficient for the value of the order
  • There are no fraud blocks or similar currently active on your card
