How will my order be processed?

Orders are processed by the Nengun Performance team quickly and efficiently. However, occasionally there may be delays with manufacturers or limited availability. The team will keep you informed during the lifetime of your order and provide further updates by email as the order progresses. 


To provide the most accurate information possible, we have divided the ordering process into a number of steps:


1. Awaiting Payment

Credit Card and PayPal payments are confirmed automatically during the ordering process but Bank Deposit payments may take a number of days to clear into our bank account. While payment is outstanding the order will wait in Awaiting Payment status. 



2. Processing

Your order is now proceeding as normal, the parts are being ordered from the manufacturers and we are awaiting confirmation of supply and delivery into our warehouse. Should there be any problem with supply such as lead-times, availability or pricing we will contact you to review the changes before proceeding.



3. Confirmed

The parts are now confirmed with the manufacturers and the Ship Date provides the latest information on the expected arrival into our warehouse.



4. Ready 

Your parts have now arrived into our warehouse and our shipping team will prepare your order to ship in the next 24 hours.



5. Preparing

Your order is now being prepared to ship, the parts are safely packed by our expert shipping team and shipping labels created. Your order may be in preparing status for 24-48 hours depending on the collection schedule of the shipping carrier.



6. Shipped

Once collected by the carrier, your order is shipped. Once shipped a tracking number is provided by email together with the final invoice paperwork. Tracking notifications are sent by email as your shipment progresses to final delivery. 



7. Parts are delivered!

Your parts are delivered to your door, safely packed by the expert shipping team at Nengun Performance.
