What if my order is delayed?

Orders are processed by the Nengun Performance team quickly and efficiently. However, occasionally there may be delays with manufacturers or limited availability. 


The estimated lead-times for your order are provided throughout the ordering process. See further information on stock and lead-times here.


When the order has been placed we will keep you updated on the advised arrival dates provided by the manufacturer. In some situations the confirmed arrival date may be later than originally estimated, in this case we will contact you to complete the Review Order process to confirm the new details on your order. 


Typically the Review Order process will provide the options to confirm the updated details or cancel and refund the delayed parts. Once the order is confirmed it will proceed with the manufacturer for supply to our warehouse and cannot be cancelled. See more information on updating or cancelling your order here.
