My shipment was returned?

Unclaimed and rejected shipments will be returned to our warehouse in Japan. The return shipping can take considerable time as it is typically shipped at low priority. Once the shipment arrives back into our warehouse we will contact you to confirm the options available:



Reshipment 

We can ship the order again, but an additional shipping cost will be required as the original shipping costs are not refunded by the carrier. We will also ask you to reconfirm your shipping address to ensure there is problem with the details provided.



Return / Exchange

A returned order will be processed as a Change of Mind and a 30% restocking fee will be applied to the value of the parts. Shipping costs are also non-refundable as they are not refunded by the carrier. 



Shipment Error

If there has been a problem with the labeling by Nengun Performance we will cover the full cost of re-shipment. Likewise if the carrier has mistakenly returned the shipment we will request a refund on your behalf for the shipping costs and reship free of charge.
